We are moving to percentile!
Yes, Aderon will no longer be in its current form. In about 1 month, I hope to have completed the revision to the core rules so that we no longer have a d20 system game and now have something completely different and unique.
Here's a preview of what is changing:
• Archetypes and Classes
No longer are you dealing with 10 different classes, each with unique features. Now, there are 3 Archetypes and 8 Classes. The Archetypes determine basic statistics like Accuracy and Evasion, and the Classes give you your abilities, Skill Points, and HP.
• Weapons and HP
Weapons now deal between 1d10+1 and 6d10+30 damage and can deal as much as 180 extra damage on a critical hit. Good thing HP now can go as high as 570!

Update Coming Soon!
Sorry to keep anyone reading this waiting, but soon a new version of the rules is coming out. This version includes a few revisions to previous systems as well as two new chapters and two appendices. It should be done by the end of this month, so just wait!

Delayed Update
Hello everyone,
Now, I know that you're all waiting for the next edition of Aderon, but it isn't done yet. There is still some revision to be done for upper-level characters, but it will be done by the end of the year. Check the message boards to see some proposals.
In other news, I still am unable to find a good webhost. If you know one, please send me an email at aderon.rpg@gmail.com. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Aderon v1.5
I just posted version 1.5 of the Aderon rulebook. Now you have a much larger Chapter 5: Equipment, complete with Empowered items, and two completely new chapters, Chapter 7: Sorcery, and Chapter 9: Specialized Classes. Download them now to get in on the new rules for new games!

Aderon 1.3
The new Aderon book is up at http://www.fileh.com/aderonrpg/AderonRPG.pdf. This is now version 1.3, and it is 64 pages. As soon as I can (which will be a while), I will add in Specialized classes, Master Class levels, Empowered items, and more! The Sessions on the Message Board have been going on for a while, and is still running strong, so check it out if you want.

Anyway, there have been problems downloading the rules, and the main one is that I no longer have a file host. If you know of a free or cheap one, then please let me know (aderon.rpg@gmail.com).
I also want to revamp the Two-Weapon Combat SA. Please post suggestions on the board!

Checking In
Hello everyone,
If you download the rules, I'm sure you'll notice a few changes. First, rounds are now measured in AP instead of seconds. It works the same though. Second, Fatigue points now have a different system of calculation. Third, Focus is now known as Spirit. And fourth and final, there is a new character sheet, but it has exactly the same stuff on it. Just minor, cosmetic changes.
